The fee for domestic delegates is INR 2500, and the fee is USD 250 for foreign delegates. An additional fee of the same amount is charged for those wishing to purchase room and board. The fee for Indian researchers and students is INR 500. The fee for foreign students is USD 50. The registration deadline is November 30, 2011.

The Centre for Microfinance Research (CMR) at the Bankers Institute of Rural Development in Lucknow, India, is organizing this event to provide a common platform to policy makers, academicians and experts from the microfinance sector to discuss the following four themes:

• Enhancing outreach: The role of technology
• Microfinance through co-operatives: Performance and prospects
• Revival of rural artisans, handloom and handicraft cluster bases: The potential role of microfinance
