Blassys, a US-based microenterprise publisher and event organizer, has issued a call for papers for its 2012 Accounting & Microfinance Conference to be held in October 5 – 6, 2012 in Asheville, North Carolina, USA. The event aims to bring together accounting professionals, scholars, microfinance practitioners, funders, borrowers, researchers and supporters in order to improve the quality of the accounting and reporting standards in microfinance. Applicants are invited to submit original research on accountability, sustainability and technology.
Queries regarding the submission process can be sent to info[at]blassys.com. The deadline for the submission of abstracts is July 5, 2012 and narratives are due August 15, 2012. The submission will be sent to sfrempong[at]blassys.com.
