Event Name: 3rd International Workshop on Inclusive Finance: Making Finance and Insurance Markets Work for the Poor

Cost: The cost to attend is INR 7,500 (USD 123), which includes meals and accommodation for three nights. There is no fee for presenters, speakers and session chairs.
Event Summary: The main theme for this workshop is product innovation in financial inclusion. The workshop will be divided into plenary sessions and panel discussions covering challenges faced during the implementation of financial inclusion initiatives by the Indian government as well as presentations of empirical and policy research. There will also be a poster session to showcase innovations and field level experiments. Finally, there will be an “innovations for impact” competition for individuals and organizations providing financial services to poor people.
