Aspekt, a Macedonian financial software provider, recently announced that it has acquired EuroNetCom, a banking software supplier that is also based in Macedonia. The transaction adds an integrated banking software solution to Aspekt’s product portfolio. Aspekt plans to rebrand all EuroNetCom financial products under its Aspekt Product Suite and all banking software under its Aspekt Banking Software products [1].
Aspekt currently offers microfinance portfolio management software, in addition to consulting, application development, data migration and integration services [2]. Financial information on Aspekt and the acquisition are unavailable.
