Microfinance Information Exchange (MIX), a source of financial and social performance data on microfinance institutions (MFIs), funders and service providers, has received grants from the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation and the Ford Foundation to expand its Social Performance Information Program.
The Social Performance Information Program allows MIX users to view an microfinance institution’s (MFI’s) social performance results alongside its operational and financial data in standard profiles on MIX Market. The long-term goal of MIX is to build a fact base and set of analytical tools that will enable an integrated view of an MFI’s performance – both financial and social.
