Munich Re Foundation, a private grant making foundation, has issued a call for proposals for its sixth annual microinsurance conference, which will take place in Manila, Philippines, on November 9 and November 10, 2010. The conference will gather an estimated 400 experts from around the world who will exchange experiences and discuss the challenges facing microinsurance. The conference is designed to be an interactive event that focuses on sharing academic and practical experiences and innovations in the area of microinsurance. Details such as the agenda and registration information have not yet been released.
