Summary of Event:  This event focuses on legal, regulatory and enforcement concerns of the prepaid card industry.  Regulatory and enforcement officials, compliance experts, and outside counsel specializing in prepaid card compliance will discuss bsa exams, fraud deterrence, insolvency risks, obtaining non-public personal information, unclaimed property laws, and more.
