Those accepted for membership in e-MFP (European Microfinance Platform) receive complimentary registration for the event. Full or Associate membership for an organization costs EUR 750 (USD 1074), which includes two free entries to European Microfinance Week. The membership fee for an individual is EUR 150 (USD 215), and this includes one free entry.
Summary of Event:
European Microfinance Week is an annual event for networking among European microfinance actors working in developing countries. The theme for this year’s event is “Inclusive Finance for Excluded People – Microfinance refocusing on the underserved, unserved and vulnerable”.
November 2, 2011: e-MFP Action Group sessions (by invitation only);
November 3, 2011: Taking stock of the current situation: learning from past experiences;
November 4, 2011: Looking forward with proposed solutions and promising structures.

The European Microfinance Platform (e-MFP) was founded in 2006. It is a network of approximately 120 microfinance organizations and individuals that aims to promote cooperation among European microfinance institutions working in developing countries by facilitating information exchange. e-MFP members include financial institutions, government agencies, NGOs, consultancies, researchers and universities.
