Cost: Tickets for the Saturday conference are USD 50. Tickets for the Sunday schedule of events are USD 115 for general practitioners and USD 50 for Harvard students.

Summary of Event: Organized by the Harvard Business School and the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, both of which are located in the US state of Massachusetts, this student-run educational program is intended to advance the practice and study of social entrepreneurship and provide management and leadership training to members of the microfinance industry. The program will provide a forum for practitioners to receive feedback on their work and learn about the various disciplines and models within social enterprise. The Saturday schedule is more focused on practitioners, while the Sunday schedule will a more general focus, 100 speakers, a “Pitch for Change” competition and Career Fair. The agenda will include incorporating marginalized populations in new business ventures and scaling up while maintaining the integrity of a social mission.
