The 13th edition of this event will address how to increase the resilience of low-income people’s livelihoods. The sessions are to cover topics such as: (1) inclusive value chains; (2) the impact of climate change on livelihoods; (3) methods for harnessing technology to enhance livelihoods; and (4) strategies for serving women’s enterprises.
Background on Organizer: Founded in 2006, Access Development Services is a nonprofit consultant to microfinance institutions in India. It offers capacity building and technical services on topics such as organizational structure and financial management. As of March 2022, the organization reported one-year expenditures of INR 181 million (USD 2.2 million).
Cost: The standard fee to attend the event is INR 4,500 (USD 54) for Indian citizens and USD 300 for international participants. Discounts ranging from 15 percent to 50 percent are also available for certain groups of attendees.
