microLINKS will host a discussion on the impact of the current global financial crisis on microfinance institutions and their clients. microLINKS is a knowledge-sharing suite of applications and tools designed to improve the impact of United States Agency for International Development (USAID) microenterprise programs and activities. The QED Group is a U.S.-based consulting firm that focuses on finding solutions to social problems. QED works with public, private, non-profit, and international clients. The discussion will be moderated by Martin Holtmann, head of the International Finance Corporation’s Microfinance Group. Additional speakers include:
