As in previous editions in several other countries, the next TBLI Conference will consider triple bottom line investing (TBLI) – investing that “benefits investor, environment, and society” – including environmental, social and governance (ESG) investing. Sessions will address the applications and impacts of TBLI and ESG investing, as well as how to integrate these processes into a traditional portfolio. Specific topics include impact investing in developing markets; how “green bonds” can mitigate climate change; socially inclusive investing; and expanding TBLI investing within the traditional financial industry.
Background on Organizers: The TBLI Group was founded by Dutch-American social entrepreneur Robert Rubinstein in 1998. It acts as a networking platform for social entrepreneurs as well as TBLI and ESG investors.
Cost: The fee to attend is SEK 7,950 (USD 910), excluding VAT of 25 percent.
