Cost: To attend the conference for two days, attendees may register in advance online for EUR 1245 (USD 1800) or on-site for EUR 1400 (USD 2024). Those who register before August 15, 2011, can take advantage of the “Early Bird” rate of EUR 938 (USD 1356).
To attend the conference for one day, attendees may register online for EUR 745 (USD 1077) or on-site for EUR 850 (USD 1229). Those who register before August 15, 2011, can take advantage of the “Early Bird” rate of EUR 563 (USD 813).
A grand dinner is available only to speakers and other invited guests on November 10, 2011.
