Grameen Foundation and Grameen Capital India are organizing a two-day training on Alternate Debt Financing Structures for MFIs on November 24-25, 2008 in Hyderabad, India. With the conventional debt space for microfinance tightening up with issues of insufficient capital base, resultant high leverage and the rising cost of debt, this program will look at alternate ways for raising debt capital for MFIs.
The two-day course will help participants understand various debt financing structures available for an efficient capital raising. The course is best suited for CEOs/CFOs of MFIs, treasury heads and personnel responsible for decision making on capital structuring issues at MFIs.
