The 2018 European Microfinance Award on “Financial Inclusion through Technology”
The 2018 Award intends to highlight how financial services providers can use technology innovations to expand outreach, broaden product offerings, improve the client experience, and increase operating efficiency, all guided by an unwavering focus on socially responsible finance.
All applications must be supported in writing by an e-MFP member. The closing date for applications is 23rd of May 2018, 23:59 CET.

The European Microfinance Award is a prestigious annual award with EUR 100,000 for the winner, which attracts applications from financial service providers around the world that are innovating in a particular area of financial inclusion. It serves two parallel goals: rewarding excellence, and collecting and disseminating the most relevant practices for replication by others. The Award is granted by the Luxembourg Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs – Directorate for Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Affairs and is jointly organised by the Ministry, the European Microfinance Platform (e-MFP) and the Inclusive Finance Network Luxembourg (InFiNe.lu).
