Rush Street Interactive Reports 39% Q3 2026 Revenue Growth on Online Casino Momentum
03 November 2026
Rush Street Interactive, the digital gaming company, reported a 39% jump in third-quarter 2026 revenue to $385.9 million, driven by strong user growth and online casino performance. The company's online casino products remained the core profit engine, contributing 75% of revenue and growing 32%, while online sports betting generated nearly 25% of revenue and increased 70%.
User growth was a key driver, with monthly active users rising 42% to 907,881. In North America, the company set a quarterly record of 300,572 monthly active users, 34% above last year. Latin America saw even stronger user growth, with monthly active users surging 46% to 607,308. This regional momentum is likely fueled by user acquisition efforts and increased digital adoption in Latin American markets.
"We remain very bullish on Latin America and are making significant investments in the region," CEO Richard Schwartz commented on the call.
Looking beyond the top line, the company also showed a 73% increase in adjusted EBITDA to $62.2 million. This highlights the improving profitability of the online casino products, which carry higher margins compared to sports betting. As iCasino becomes an increasingly dominant share of revenue, the focus on vertical integration, such as proprietary games, should further improve margins over time.
In terms of guidance, the company reiterated its full-year 2026 revenue outlook of $1.56-1.60 billion and adjusted EBITDA range of $245-265 million. CFO Kyle Sauers commented that October operating trends pointed closer to the low end of the revenue range and near the midpoint for EBITDA. This suggests modest downside risk to recent estimates, although still solid growth on a year-over-year basis.

Fed into the guidance was the recent 16% emergency gaming tax in Colombia, which was a drag in the quarter and assumed to continue through year-end. For investors, this means navigating additional revenue and profit sensitivity to tax changes in key jurisdictions. As a result, investors should track developments on the regulatory and tax front for the foreseeable future.
On an unfavorable note, the company warned that iCasino expansion can be subject to state-level regulations, often depending on contentious referendums and legislative battles. New York and Illinois were cited as having potential policy headwinds, such as proposed Medicaid funding cuts that could dampen iCasino expansion efforts.
However, it was not all negative. Chief executive Richard Schwartz pointed to Virginia, Ohio, Indiana and Washington, D.C., as states offering online casino opportunities over the next 12-24 months. If these jurisdiction openings materialize, the company stands to benefit from its strong iCasino portfolio and liquidity to expand digital markets.
As for the near-term outlook, investors should keep an eye on conversions of new users into higher-frequency, higher-margin players. The company's next step will rest on sustainably growing active users while generating ever higher spending per customer, putting digital products at the forefront of growth and profitability.
